About Nancy

I began my sewing hobby at age 10, under my grandmother's tutelage. I have a personal objective to teach the skill to young women and girls so that the craft does not die! I find it sad that the majority of women today can barely sew on a button or mend a tear. I had only sons and don't even have a granddaughter (yet!) to pass on my skills to, so I'm offering to teach anyone interested in learning... and I hope to instill the passion I have for creating beautiful clothing, useful household items, and attractive decorative items. I can also instruct crocheting and cooking and baking, all of which I learned at a very young age. Let's keep those skills alive, ladies & gentlemen!
