About Naidelyn

After taking on the babysitting role of 2 nephews & a little sister I grew love for children & caregiving. I pursued my passion of caregiving & became a CNA. Taking care of my nephews from newborns til now allowed me learn a lot about kids & cultivate a nurturing environment where they feel safe, loved, and encouraged to reach their full potential. As a patient, calm, and friendly individual, I easily connect with children of all ages, creating a fun and stimulating environment for them to learn and play. I will always follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. I am very enthusiastic when it comes to ensuring that children engage in a variety of enriching experience. I am hoping to go back to school & what better way to save up for that & to work in something that I love doing, which is taking care of kids & being able to become someone that makes a positive impact in their life even if it's a small one.
