About Ludmila

I am a retired elementary school teacher from Latvia. I have life long experience taking care of kids, in the past five years I have been caring for my grandkids full time (ages from infants to preteens). I have a graduate degree in education and a lot of experience providing stimulating environment that encourages learning and creativity. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, using their preferred method, to ensure we're on the same page about their child's well-being. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my imaginative nature, creates a nurturing and fun environment for the children in my care. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents, and I enjoy playing outdoor games, sports, and educational games that promote learning. I have a car and car seats, I am comfortable with pets, I am a native Russian speaker, but I speak some English and am able to communicate as needed.
