About Myshauna

I've been tutoring professional for just over 4 years now. I initially began with just family and friends in my spare time, after obtaining my associates. Once covid 19 hit, the demand for a hands on tutor began to take off. I made it a business to help out the neighboring kids by having group study sessions in an effort to keep them on track with their virtual learning. For me, its really rewarding to help the kids understand concepts that may have been challenging for them. I love to see the "I got it now" face and to just watch them grow academically and morally. I believe it takes a village to raise kids and if I can help out in anyway, I jump at the opportunity. I acknowledge and cater to every learning style. If hired on as a reoccurring tutor, I will provide assessments and progression reports. I really love sensory and visual learning through real life situations and activities, I provide materials for everything we work on !
