About Monserrat

I volunteered as a tutor at my college for a year, working one-on-one and in small groups with students who needed academic support. I focused on helping them build confidence, stay motivated, and develop strong study habits. This experience taught me how to adapt to different learning styles and communicate clearly and patiently. I also learned the importance of positive reinforcement and consistency. Supporting others in their growth was incredibly rewarding and helped me realize how much I enjoy making a difference in people's lives through teaching and encouragement.
