I first started out volunteering at Bethesda when I was 12. Got my first Job there as an activity aid at 16. From 2018 to 2022 I worked in group homes for mentally challenged individuals in West Bend WI. Was the house manager for one of those group home from 2021 to 2023. In 2023 I moved back to Watertown and am currently working in a CBRF assisted living/ memory care facility in Oconomowoc. I do work in the building with dementia/alzheimer's residents. I'm currently looking to venture out for something that I can set my own schedule. I do not believe in being late and am always 15 minutes early. Keeping in close communication with the family on changes. And want them to help lead there loved onesin a fulling life style and enrich there lives. I am CPR , First Aid and Med Certified through the state of Wisconsin

Monique is conscientious with her clients; having their health, well-being & best interest in her mind majority of the time. She's reliable & prompt & willing to help out whenever she can. Monique keeps moving during her shift. She gets tasks done without being ask to do so or complain that no one else is doing a task. Monique is a great overall employee.
