About Monica

As a nurturing caregiver with five years of experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My friendly and patient nature creates a safe and enjoyable environment for children of all ages. I have experience caring for children from infancy through adolescence, and am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. My formal education includes a college degree, as well as coursework in early child development. I am also certified in first aid and CPR, and have completed training in early child development. I communicate openly with parents about their child's day, providing written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call. I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring children's safety and well-being. My approach to childcare is holistic, focusing on children's physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
