About Ava

I've always been passionate about fostering children's growth. My previous babysitting experience and as well as preschool teaching assistant solidified my desire to positively impact children's lives. I'm a creative, friendly, and approachable individual with three years of experience caring for children of all ages. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I am a certified teacher and have completed coursework in early child development. I'm also First Aid and CPR trained. In addition, I speak both English and a little Spanish. I am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am comfortable caring for up to five children at a time.
