About Molly

I started working with children at a summer school camp as an assistant art teacher when I was in high school. I also spent a semester in Guatemala, working with children while teaching English and art. Since then, I have worked as a direct support professional, mainly working as in-home support for adults with autism. I love working as a caregiver and creating special bonds and connections with my clients. My successes have stemmed from essential skills, including preparing food and housekeeping. I have enhanced my communication abilities and cultivated a reputation as a major contributor through time management and organization. I am a collaborative team player who always seeks opportunities to impart valuable insights. With these qualities, I can facilitate positive change and impact outcomes.
