I have been a passionate childcare giver for over 15 years. I have cared for children of all ages, ranging from 18 weeks to 10 years. From 2018-2020, I worked in a bilingual Montessori preschool in a class of kids 2. 5-6 years old, where I taught in both English and Spanish. Once the pandemic hit, I worked as a private nanny for 2 different families. I love to play music, do art, and play outside! I strive to make children feel heard and validated, to make them feel safe and loved, and to give them space to play and create.

A review doesn’t do justice to what an incredible nanny and human Molly is. Our youngest is slow to warm up and Molly came to her first day caring for him fully prepared with her stuffy, Peef, to make our son comfortable. She had my heart in that moment- it showed that she not only understands the stages of child development but she has great empathy for kids. She engages 100 percent and is fully present with the kids in a way I wish I could be 😆. The kids adore her and asked when she’d be back to play. I really can’t say that we’ve ever had a caregiver this good with children. She’s amazing - truly beyond!!!
