About Mitchell

I have a BS in microbiology and graduated Summa cum laude. Then I went to the University of Kansas Medical Center to complete my MD and PhD. Therefore, I've taken more exams than you can likely imagine. During undergrad I tutored organic chemistry and I've taught first and second year medical students in the Infection, Blood, and Immunity module. I have also taught a summer course to under privileged high school students interested in biomedical sciences. The process of getting into college and medical/graduate school alone can be daunting even for those who don't need help with the subject matter and I have guided many people theough this process as well. I have also cared for people with special needs and assisted them in learning and mastering tasks that many of us take for granted.
