My own kids are no longer little and I have time to help with you and your kids now. Special needs do not scare me, so if you are looking for someone who is comfortable with that, I am your person! If you need a date night, girls night, dads night... whatever night.... I get it. As a mom myself, I totally get that need. I have no issue with making their meals, feeding, playing with and putting to bed your sweet babies and kiddos. Your house will be as clean as you left it, and maybe a bit more.
