have known Allison for about 6 months as she has cared for our children each weekday afternoon. Since the first day we met her, she has always been a tremendous communicator and done an outstanding job with anything that was asked of her. Her regular routine is to oversee our five year old with completing her homework and assist in keeping all areas of the house that they play in clean. She prioritizes outdoor exploration and play because she intuitively understands the natural curiosity children have for the world around them. She recognizes how much a child can absorb and enjoy playing with a single stick or find glee in the simplicity of swinging or riding a bike. Our children's most favorite afternoon moments are outdoor with Allison and each evening, can't wait to tell us all about their time with her. Allison asks about their interests, day, and classmates. She listens and learns teachers and classmates names, showing her depth of dedication and caring for our children. Allison arrives earlier than asked, prepares snacks, and is ready and enthusiastic to engage as soon as the children come home from school. Allison offers to do extra duties like dishes or tidying that wasn't done prior to her arrival. She is reliable, patient, and gentle, she clearly has a passion for being a caregiver. She is trustworthy and couldn't be a more wonderful addition to our household. Children are always changing as they grow and develop, thus frequently presenting Allison with new behavior challenges. Allison takes everything in stride and shows unwavering kindness, respect, and understanding. Allison is trustworthy and a person of impeccable standards and character. We couldn't be more grateful to have her in our lives and we feel truly blessed. She has set such a high standard of care, we would never be able to find anyone as incredible as she is. We will miss her this summer. Allison will be a terrific addition to any family's care giving team. Any family lucky enough to have Allison placed with them will come to adore her as we do.
