Hi families! My current family has decided to move to Florida. I'm looking for work November 18th-25th and December 2nd-9th. I REQUIRE an in person meeting BEFORE committing to any job. As the second oldest of eight children in my family, I grew up helping my mother with everything. I have worked with different families throughout the years by babysitting, working as a nanny and hired house cleaner. I have a reputation for punctuality and good work ethic through every job I have worked. I'm a certified Birth & trained Postpartum doula. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I have a passion for serving families which I believe cannot be taught. Whether it's building Legos, having a tea party or reading books I enjoy being very interactive and have fun with kids of all ages! I like to keep play areas tidy after use. Mikayla nannied for my family for ~35 hours per week. She took care of my son from the time he was 5 months old until he was 11 months old. She was more than capable of meeting all of his needs and he got excited to play with her every time she came in the house! She is kind and patient, which was super important because my son could be pretty fussy and grumpy sometimes. He was also difficult to put down for naps in his earlier days but Mikayla had a pretty good success rate on that front, which is impressive! The only reason she no longer works for my family is because we moved out of state. We were sad to leave her but know that she will be a great addition to help another family out!
