About Michelle

My greatest passion in life in children. After babysitting on and off as long as I can remember, I decided to work at childcare centers where I truly found myself and blossomed. After my first center, I worked at Montessori Preschools which I absolutely loved. Montessori is really beneficial and I use those teachings along with a gentle and creative approach when I interact with and care for children. Teaching is a big part of who I am, and with that approach, I find that children are truly able to learn, achieve, and grow into who they are as a person. After a few months at my first Montessori, I was chosen to Lead a pretoddler/ transition room that was 12-18 months. During that time, I learned a lot about interacting with parents, including first time parents. I adored being able to support and guide these families through many firsts. My most cherished memories are the days when the child takes those first unsteady steps into walking. Infants and toddlers are where my heart is.
