About Michelle

I work to be a compassionate patient advocate committed to competent and caring service demonstrating interest in the welfare of my patient and their family. Communication and interpersonal skills to instill confidence, earn trust, and develop worthwhile relationships with each patient and all family members involved. I'd describe my personality as positive, compassionate, and caring. I'm looking for a job that that I can make a difference in others lives while allowing them to remain in their own home. I started caring for seniors when my grandma was diagnosed with cancer and grandpa was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 22 years ago. In my spare time, I enjoy time with my family, sports, board games, and movies. My skills include diversion with patient confusion or frustration to calm my patient. I also enjoy finding activities to do through the day to provide stimulation. I work to have my patients to participate in daily adls helping patients remain as independent as possible.
