About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate, and respectful. I like caring for seniors because they keep me on my toes. They always have something new to teach me, and everything they have done in life deserves to have all the love and care when they are in need. I'm looking for a job that has regular hours with involved family members wanting to see the best for their relative. I started caring for seniors when my grandmother developed cervical cancer and my grandpas dementia worsened. 23-years in all. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my teenagers. Playing volleyball, yard work and playing with my animals. One thing you should know about me: I am the oldest of 8 children, and always played the caregiver role. I find enjoy providing happiness in helping those in need. My skills include: safety in all activities, allowing them to do as much as they can on their own maintaining strength and confidence, and listening to provide them a voice.
