I have: -20 yrs of babysitting experience -8 yrs of Nanny experience -Worked with children of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, health conditions, special needs, Autism, developmental delays, & behavioral challenges. -Bachelors Degree in Nutritional Sciences -Continued education post graduation in various programs/coursework in the areas of Child Life Specialist, Lactation Consulting, Massage Therapy, Alternative Health, & Childhood Trauma. -A member of: The American Red Cross, Children's Disaster Services, SJ CERT. Safety is ALWAYS a priority to me. I did hospital work with children at Stanford LPCH and Philippines. I believe that music and dance are amazing ways to help children develop better communication and have fun exercising. I love arts and crafting, painting, reading out loud to children, singing, and dancing (and I encourage them to do the same). Like a coach I want children to believe in themselves and know that they can achieve; so I encourage them to be independent.

Michele showed great attention to detail, compassion and enthusiasm in everything she did. She had outstanding techniques to help them acclimate to her and their new routine. By day 2, our boys were simply obsessed with her (which was surprising to us as our youngest had a case of stranger danger/separation anxiety). It helped that she came up with so many activities to keep our boys engaged and happy. She was also very communicative, keeping us in the loop throughout the day with updates and pictures. She was even willing to talk during her off hours to recap their day and address any concerns we may have. In my opinion, that's going above and beyond! If it wasn't for our full time childcare needs, Michele would no doubt still be with us!
