I love working with children and watching them grow! Seeing them learn and explore the world around them is so rewarding. I have a 4-year-old daughter myself, and becoming a mother has given me a greater passion for the importance of quality childcare! Our children are the future, and it's vital we provide them with the tools needed for success. I have my AA degree in Early Childhood Education, and several years of experience. I began babysitting at a young age, have been a nanny for several yrs, and have also worked at 3 licensed centers as well as a recreation center where I taught swim lessons. I practice a play-based approach, and enjoy doing many different activities, such as reading, crafts, music, and outdoor learning! I value communication and believe it is essential to teach children how to verbalize their needs from an early age with baby sign language. I also value mutual respect, and believe children of all ages deserve respect and independence and I treat them as such!

Savanna truly superseded my expectations of care. Our daughter was only 4 months old when both my husband and I returned to work and we were beyond lucky to meet Savanna. She is prompt, communicative, attentive, and a genuinely nice person. She would bring age appropriate crafts and activities. She would teach baby sign language and encourage patients. As well as a daily detailed analysis of their daily routine. Savanna worked with our family for a year and she not only provided professional and wonderful care, but she made me more comfortable with the idea of finding a caregiver. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
