About Mia

Hello! I'm Mia, a UMass student with 7 years experience in childcare. My passion for caregiving stems from 4 years as a full time nanny as well as babysitting and counselor positions I've held. My approach to childcare is patient, calm, and creative. I enjoy engaging children in various activities, including playing outside, reading, board games, puzzles, and art projects. Parents can expect open communication from me, with updates about their child's day. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules.
