About Molly

I'm a fun-loving, creative childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. My desire to make a positive impact on young lives stems from growing up in a family of teachers, which instilled the values of caregiving and education in me. I am currently studying elementary education at UMass Amherst, further solidifying my commitment to working with developing minds. With two years of experience, I can comfortably care for up to four children of all ages. I believe in open communication with parents, providing verbal updates at pickup and adhering to their preferred communication methods. I make sure to follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style.
