About Mia

Hi! I have been babysitting since I was 16. I initially started babysitting some of my little sisters friends, they were ages 10-14, but 3 years ago I started caring for infants and toddlers (age: 3 months-5 years). I absolutely love children and babies, and they seem to love me too! I find it super important to give children fun opportunities to play outdoors, do arts and crafts, listen to music, read, and expand their knowledge of the world in any way possible. I have taken multiple child development courses on top of my hands-on experience, and am currently attending UCSB to get my bachelor of science in psychological and brain sciences. I hope to become a child psychologist, I'm just so interested in developing minds and how to nurture them properly. I am willing to do additional tasks such as cleaning around the house, running errands, and picking up/ taking to school. I have about a year and half worth of experience of house-keeping as well.
