About Ryan

My name is Ryan and I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA before getting my BA in Sociology at University of Washington, Seattle. I am now in Santa Barbara to get my M. Ed. from UCSB! I started babysitting and camp counseling before I was in high school. I continued this kind of work through my teens, coaching elementary basketball, tutoring, and of course more camp counseling, gaining experience with all ages. At UW I added a minor in Education and decided that was the path I wanted to follow. Through my junior and senior years I worked at a daycare/preschool in downtown Seattle, with children from early infancy (3 months) up to preschool age. I love working with kids, but also understand the responsibility of the task and will do anything I can to make you as comfortable as possible to put yours in my care. I am personally comfortable taking care of children of all ages, from infancy on, and have lots of experience in doing so. Please do not hesitate to reach out!
