Please, when you’re considering hiring this person, make sure you keep another option as a backup, just in case. She might call you at the last minute, just a couple of hours before she is supposed to show up at your place, and say, “This afternoon, I accepted another offer and can’t make it!Unfortunately, I think this is against ethics. If someone interviews with you, gives you her word that she is coming, sets the date, this behavior is unacceptable.
