With numerous years of experience babysitting and 3+ years as a Pre-K4 Teacher Assistant, I am deeply passionate about supporting children's growth in a loving, nurturing environment. My hands-on experience has taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and emotional care in shaping young minds. I'm committed to providing children with the attention, encouragement, and safety they need to thrive, and I believe in making every moment an opportunity for learning and growth. I'm looking for a job that values a positive and supportive environment, where it feels like a family. They value respect, open communication, and possible opportunities for growth. I started working with kids when I was in Middle School watching my two younger siblings. It then grew into me watching my nieces and nephews, into my college years when I was living in home with a family and giving care for their three children daily for 3 years.
