Mel took great care of my 6-month-old and 3 y/o! She was extremely attentive and nurturing with my infant and was great at setting boundaries with my 3 y/o, using kind words and explanation. Mel is hard working and will go the extra mile without being asked. She made our family's life so much easier and was truly a joy to have in the house. I 100% recommend her - nannies like her are hard to come by!
