About Melissa

I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, and I have 3 years of experience as a childcare provider. This time includes twin boys from 4months old- 14 months old. I am currently working for a family where I began care when he was 4months old and is now 15 months old. Both families when I began I knew were temporary as they were going to be transitioning to daycare. My background includes a college degree, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I believe in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. I'm patient, calm, creative, and imaginative, and I love playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules. I understand the importance of regular communication with parents and will provide updates via text or phone call, whichever you prefer.
