I grew up in the Redmond area with 2 older brothers and a pug named Porter. I've had several opportunities to travel outside of the country, including a six month stay in Shanghai China and a month long stay in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Recently, I also took a month-long solo trip throughout Europe. I have a strong passion for martial arts, reading, and hiking. I'm thrilled to be back in the Pacific Northwest where I'm able to hike among evergreen trees! I am fun, reliable, engaged, and energetic. I value taking time to listen to kids and helping them learn how to communicate their feelings. I have worked at an outdoor preschool, at a Children's Fitness Center, and at a daycare. I also spent the beginning of this year working as an au pair in France teaching children English. I have great references and lots of babysitting and nannying experience.
