About Micaela

I have Bachelor's in Social Work. It's a major which has given me many valuable skills. I've spent the majority of my life working with children. I have volunteered in two different therapeutic daycare centers one of which I volunteered for eight months in the infant room at a therapeutic daycare center in Seattle, WA. In this setting, my responsibilities include feeding but the emphasis was on developing positive and nurturing relationships with children who were under the supervision of CPS. I spent three years teaching martial arts to children ages four to eight. I was responsible for three to 10 students at a time. During my free time, I enjoy photography, reading, and baking. I'm currently working on becoming bi-lingual in Spanish.
