About Megan

I have over two year's experience working in a retirement community!! My favorite part about my job was learning about each individual resident and building individual relationships with each one of them! My main focus and priority while giving resident care is to make sure my residents know that they are safe, respected, cared about, important, and loved. Over the years, it was brought to my attention that a lot of the wrong people were in elderly care for the wrong reasons, and I'd like to be the change made in caregivers. I refer to my residents, or clients, as my honorary grandparents because I respect them as so! I come with a letter of recommendation, and if preferred, references as well! Thank you!!
