About Zoe

I am a very friendly, outgoing, and responsible person. Besides that, a very good listener! I have a Psychology and Occupational Therapy background, where I have learned the stages of life in depth, and found the tools to support people in each of them. I am passionate about working with seniors. They always have excellent advice and stories to tell! Besides that, I love helping them live a meaningful day to day, applying holistic principles, which looks at the person as a whole individual (mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual). When I was in high school, I used to volunteer at a nursing home, where I found out how much I enjoyed just offering my company and listening to each of them. At a later time, I have also volunteered at an independent living center, where I assisted seniors with disabilities in different recreational activities. I do not have a lot of experience as a caregiver, but I am willing to obtain the necessary training to do so.
