About Meaghan

Everything I do is motivated by love, compassion, & authenticity. Infants & children are fascinating because they are like little scientists. They discover & make sense of the world thru fresh eyes in interesting ways. My education & experience with babysitting has taught me how important sensory play, mirroring emotions, and soothing infants is. I believe that infants are developmentally incapable of self soothing, & that young children have to be taught techniques for self soothing before they can actually do it for themselves. Children often need help understanding themselves/others/the world. I enjoy helping with that because to me it's a gift to bring that understanding to someone. Many children I know want to be treated like a being, not a bother. And I see them as the amazing and resilient beings they truly are.
