Hi, My husband & I just moved to SC to care for my grandpa. Before we ventured to the sunny south, I was in my 5th year of teaching Kindergarten Prep. In 2020, I received a Master's in Early Childhood Education and am licensed to teach PreK to 2nd grade. I wrote my own curriculum & have no shortness of creative ideas for engaging children in learning, playing, and imagining. I spent 10 years working in education, but most of my teaching experience is with students ages 4-5, but I am licensed through 2nd grade and am capable to work with all Elementary grades. I am proficient in teaching phonics and reading! I can tutor in other subject areas, but have the most experience teaching reading. Teaching is what I'm best at, so I am in search of some educational opportunities outside of the classroom while caring for my grandpa.
