I love to teach kids how to bake, do some crafts and generally have a fun time I firmly believe in open and transparent communication with parents. Whether it's through daily written reports, regular text updates, or phone calls, I ensure that parents are always informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I adopt a gentle but firm approach.
