I have experience in traditional and parent co-op daycare, and homeschooled my son K-8. In 2017 I underwent training and certification to volunteer with Monroe County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) to represent minor children in court proceedings whose circumstances placed them in the foster care system. I chose education and child care as a career feeling I could make the greatest impact in my community by serving as a positive role model and nurture a spirit of life-long learning.
