About Martin

Hi, my name is Martin. I am 39 and I've been a caregiver for 18 years. I'm an Alumni from U. C. Santa Barbara where I graduated in 2010 with a bachelors in liberal arts. Alongside always having babysitting jobs I have been working for a homeopathic clinic called Advanced Functional Medicine for the past 8 years. I work part time with several naturopaths educating patients about their cardiovascular issues, type II diabetes, fibromyalgia and cancer. A few years ago I helped my parents care for my ailing grandparents when they moved in with them until the day they passed. They had dementia and Alzheimer's. I provide companion care, help with household chores, assist with their physical therapy exercises, take them to run errands, help them with their computers and bills and anything else that they may need. I am looking to find more families to help make their lives easier and hopefully more fun.
