As a Head Tutor at Hamilton College's A Better Chance program, I mentored eight high school boys and coordinated work schedules for the undergraduate tutors. I was also a tutor for America Reads and instructed second-grade students to enhance their reading skills and increase their fluency scores. I have also worked with college students in STEM-related concentrations.

Marla did a great job working for me as a head tutor for our A Better Chance program (high school tutoring group). She was responsible, passionate, and dedicated to her work with the high school boys, as well as being an intelligent and capable tutor.
