Hi! I'm Marissa! I just moved to Oahu August 7, and will finish my quarantine on the 21st! I have graduated from Eastern Washington University with a bachelors degree and am am planning on continuing my education and getting my masters in school counseling. I am an outdoorsy person who loves soccer, hiking , surfing and most of all, rock climbing. I also love to water color, and sing. I have quite a bit of experience with kids, I have not only been babysitting since I was 12 but I have directed camps and was the Children's Ministry director at Christ the Redeemer church, in Washington. This allows me to work with all ages of just a few months old, all the way to sixth grade. I love working with children helping them grow into kind members of our future.

Our family first met Marissa when we bought a home across the street from Marissa and her family. Small world that it is, we figured out that her grandfather went to high school with my dad. Marissa began babysitting for my daughter when she was 4 years old. She has been the only babysitter we have had. She was responsible, dependable, and fun. My daughter used to beg for me to go out so she can see Marissa. I think Marissa has had a good balance of fun, but responsible, which I like. I always knew that she genuinely liked my child and enjoyed the time they spent together. Marissa also watched my dogs for me and house sat when we went out of town. She is a great, kind young woman and I highly recommend her for any job. Thanks!
