Hey! My name is Sierra. I have always loved being around kids. I grew up raising and taking care of my two younger sisters, so I have experience doing all the things from changing diapers, feeding, playing, and watching younger children. I can definitely multitask and care for multiple children at once if needed. I am also an RBT and a behavioral specialist, so I have experience working with children/individuals with autism and/or developmental disorders and supporting them and their families. My main purpose in life is to provide assistance to those who need and just improve their quality of life, even just a little bit. I hope I can be helpful to you and your family!

We hired Sierra to watch my 5 month old son, as a first time mom leaving her baby I had many fears. Sierra brought my ohana lots of comfort, my son was always happy to see her and she would send me pictures while I was gone which I appreciated so much. We hired her for 2 months, She was extremely flexible with our schedule and was always right on time never even a minute late. We requested a tv free session and she spent a lot of time entertaining and talking with him. We had family move to help out , other than that we would have happily kept Sierra on. I give high recommendation if you're looking for someone caring and punctual. On her last shift it was obvious she was sad and I think that speaks volumes of her level of care and connection she made with my son. Thank you Sierra for everything. - the R. Ohana
