We had a phone call where we discussed in details lot of aspects of the job. All was good. She agreed on a certain of. Next I asked her to please organize a video call before an in person interview. She said ok, but it proved very hard to do it because of my and her busy schedules. When I very politely asked if she was interested in trying again for a video call she said it was weird. The whole conversation was quite rude. As a mom I decide what’s safer for my family.
