About Willow

Hi, my name is Willow, and I have a strong background in childcare, focusing on safety, engagement, and mentorship. For the past two years, I have worked at Health and Fitness in the Kids Club as a mentor, where I supervise children of all ages, ensure their well-being, and create a fun and supportive environment. In addition to working with children, I mentor new hires and existing staff, helping train and guide them in providing excellent care. I am currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Criminal Psychology at Liberty University Online. My education has strengthened my understanding of behavior, safety, and responsibility, skills that are essential when caring for children. In late June, I will be starting the Law Enforcement Academy, and I am currently in the hiring process for the Florida Highway Patrol. Due to my changing work schedule, which may require travel, I often have better availability on short notice.
