Worked one-on-one with children and adults (ages 2 to 22 years) of various behavioral and learning disabilities. Trained and supervised newly hired staff, clients and their parents. This included monitoring, analyzing and keeping track of data for both the parent and the child. I worked with the parents and children in an in home environment, while also going on outings when necessary. Usual work load consisted of around six to eight clients a day. Also, meetings were held in the office each month in order to update staff and supervisors with different programs, cases and protocols. Seeing many different cases throughout my years of experience in this field, I am able to evaluate and recommend other behavioral programs. By working as a team, a plan which satisfies all parties and objectives is then implemented.
