My first job was helping my piano teacher with the kids at the school (I was 14yo). After that I knew I would love to work with kids, so I started babysit on my neighborhood. I moved to US 4y ago, working as a livein nanny with a family in Massachusetts (2017) (5yo and 3yo twins). Then I moved to California (2018) and worked taking care of a baby boy (2mo). The family always had a plan to put him on day care with 18 months, so I found another job with a 4mo baby girl (2020). But the pandemic and look down started, so found a new family (2yo boy 4yo girl). Now the school it's back and the parents wanted them to go back, my hours reduced drastically. So I'm looking for a new family! I worked sporadically with other families and other ages (before the pandemic). Mari has been taking care of my two little ones since April (5 months so far) and she is amazing! My kids are 4 and 2 years old so they can be a handful, but she is great at being firm but loving. She plays, reads, works on basic skills, and is constantly engaging with them. I highly recommend her!
