Nancy is an excellent childcare provider. My normally slow-to-warm up/shy 2.5 year old happily played with Nancy within about 5 minutes of her walking in the door. I've never seen her respond to any caregiver so well before! She gave such kind attention to her, doing crafts and telling stories very attentively. Nancy effortlessly switched between soothing my infant and playing with my toddler as well. In her spare moments, she did kind and thoughtful tasks like tidying the living room. She was able to diagnose the infant having some blockage and worked with him to release his trapped wind. I was so impressed - I went from being a little stressed managing the two kids to feeling so relaxed! Nancy also has such great knowledge of efficient and quality childcare tips/products. She left me with a list of great recommendations for all kinds of little things - how to better childproof my patio, good tools for runny noses, you name it. We'll absolutely be having Nancy back regularly - she's the real deal.
