About Mariah

Hi, I'm Mariah, I have been a caregiver for the last 2 years and a stay at home mom for 18. I'm currently looking to caregive/help someone part time during the weekdays. If you need help with home projects, organization, meal prep, household tasks, light cleaning, staying active, taking walks, medication prompting, getting to appointments or need help with errands, I'd love to help you or your loved one. I am nurturing, patient, hard working, reliable, punctual, a clear communicator, and I show up each day with a positive outlook. I have a wide range of caregiving experience and great references. A little about me personally: I'm a single mom of two great kids, I have a huge Labrador Retriever and a cat (I love animals), I'm an artist (painter), I love music, I'm into all things health, getting outdoors, spending time at home being creative or spending time with my family. I've lived locally in San Luis Obispo for 24 years and I'm originally from Santa Cruz, Ca.
