About Amelia

Hi there I am a local preschool teacher in San Luis Obispo. I do work a 9-5 but find myself trying to fill my evenings or weekends. The first job I ever had was when I was 16 years old assisting and accompanying an 82-year-old elderly woman who suffered from dementia. Although I was not and am not a nurse of any kind, I found the companionship and relationship I was able to build with her was one of the most fulfilling relationships I have ever had. Although Judy is no longer with us, I know there are others out there that might be in need of just that. I am posting this add incase there was anyone out there that had a relative or family member that needed help with simple tasks such as cooking/prepping meals, getting groceries, running errands, house cleaning, yard work/ chores and even just the simple conversations and reassurance our loved ones so desperately need.
