Do not hire. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Confirmed she would start for us on a Monday two weeks prior. We confirmed Saturday and Sunday before with details on time and logistics. She texted us 1 hour (!) before start that Monday saying she took another job and could not be our after school nanny.
