About Maria

I believe that some moments are teachable and some aren't, and our choices can guide a moment in either direction! As a part-time teacher, I aspire to help kids grow in the wonder, delight, and joy that is so unique to childhood! Growing up with 8 siblings, I have extensive experience with providing childcare for both inside and outside of my family since I was 13. Currently, I am pursuing my Masters online while also conducting a part-time teaching internship. I am seeking a part-time job, the duration of which I am looking to maintain for at least the next year. I'm affable, vibrant, and empathetic and my interests range from singing (did theater in high-school), dancing (did dance through college!), hiking (bit of a granola girl!) drawing (let's sketch!), pickleball (yes, I went to college in FL!) and animals!
