About Maria

I am a home based caregiver, and full time college student. I obtained my experience through a residential facility, and private caregiving. Throughout my years of experience I have learned how to tend, and accommodate for patients with different needs. I have acquired knowledge working behind physical therapists, and nurses. I am skilled in wound care treatment, and operating an enternal feeding tube. I have experience working with dementia, alzheimer's, parkinson's disease, ALS, cancer, and bed bound patients. I demonstrate empathy, and good interpersonal skills. I understand the importance of listening, and displaying a genuine concern for my patients. I am recognized for my ability to provide the necessary support through physical, and emotional encouragement.
