As I was searching for care for my mother I found a huge hole in services for just a simple check-in or medication reminders. I want to be the daughter that I am to my own mother for other families out there who might not be as close or can get to see their own families. I can make small meals, tend to light house-keeping and provide medication reminders. As a nurse I am formally trained for more advanced needs, such as trach equipment, G-tubes, PICC lines and wound care and would be happy to assist with those. I also have a cat and a dog so I'm okay with pets and can shower them with love too! My own mother is in an independent living facility so I am comfortable doing check-ins in facilities in the area.
