About Margaret

My childcare experience really started within my own family of origin. Growing up in a family of 10 children provided me with substantial childcare experience! At an early age, I learned how to change diapers, assist with baths, prepare bottles, entertain children from infant to middle-school, help get kids ready for bed.... and everything in-between! This all prepared me for when I became a mother of my own child, and more recently, when I became a grandmother and part-time babysitter to my newborn grandson in June of 2015. After college, graduate school and a 35 year career in Human Resources Mgmt. I switched gears, took early retirement and moved from Chicago, IL to Denver, CO in May of 2015. I think that what uniquely qualifies me to care for your child is that I truly enjoy it, and communicate with kids in a way that establishes a connection, no matter what their age. I am very interactive and believe in/practice early educational activities. I also have a great sense of humor!
